Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig in September 21 in 1983. She is an American Actress best known as Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV show Lost. After her parents' divorce her parents separated, she moved to Worthington Ohio in order to settle in Los Angeles. Although she was struggling financially, her 2001 debut was as Rachel's Room's primary character. Her portrayal in the role of Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder in the T.V. movie Murder In Greenwich in 2002, earned her a nomination for a Young Artist Award. Grace Rutherford was the lead actress in Lost in its two initial seasons. In 2004, she won the Screen Actors Guild Award with all of the ensemble.
